International Textile Company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Is looking for the following position: 1/Regional Manager Retail (Male) ROLE OUTLINE Job Title: Regional Manager Retail Job Code: Core Purpose Of The Job:  (What Is The Reason That This Job Exist; What Is The Overall Aim Of This Role?) v  The prime purpose of this Job is to maximization of sale, Distribution and product availability through the region. v  Leveraging resources and infrastructure throughout the as per company policy and business plan. v  To develop the sale strategy for the region with the coordination of the retail Director in order to deliver business best results in terms of volume, value and costs. v  To ensure the maximization of profitability in all the areas within the region. v  High performance of employees and customer’s satisfaction. Areas of Responsibility (AOR) 1.        Develop and implement strategic initiatives for all the stores in the region as per the annual business plan and budget. 2.        Deliver regional sales and profitability targets on monthly, quarterly and annual basis. 3.        Manage regional cost and remain within the budgetary limits. 4.        Forecasts revenue expenses and profitability. 5.        Present monthly reports to the management on sales, costs and profitability. 6.        Communicate and drive retail policy and strategy across all he store in the region. 7.        Recommends new profitable stores location. 8.        Recommends non-performing stores for closure. 9.         Drives the delivery of customer experience in stores. 10.     Participate in the development of retail strategy. 11.     Review the regional business performance with the area Managers and store Management team. 12.     Improve the customer experience. 13.     Provide customer’s feedback regarding beneficial and detrimental practices to the retail head. 14.     Influences  key business partner to drive and maximize results e.g. human resources, marketing and  supply chain etc 15.     Review the compensation structure periodically along with the business partner retail HR. to ensure the market competitiveness. 16.     Drive best practices across the regional team. 17.     Conducts succession planning through store management team. 18.     Conducts interview and recommend for recruitment process to fill any vacancy in the region.
